没有一种疫苗是100% 安全的。covid 疫苗也一样。对儿童而言，男孩得心肌炎的risk 高一点。risk的比例也是公开的。每个家长都可以根据自己孩子的情况作出决定。具体到个人，就是多大的risk比例是能接受的。幼儿接种MMR， 有百万分之一的可能得脑瘫，打还是不打？儿童接受covid 疫苗导致猝死比例是多少？2019 年初，安省一所中学流感就死了2个平时很健康的孩子，也是疫苗害的？ 心脏骤停引起的儿童，青少年猝死以前从来没有发生过？

我记得在中国孩子出生后第一年是打疫苗最频繁的，几乎每个月都有一针。

基本上多数使用疫苗的国家, 感染和死亡都大幅度高于世界平均水平.
