又搜了一下,似乎是说a decade or so ago,ordinary portable generators produced ”dirty” electricity。但是现在新型的普通portable generators已经克服了这个问题。目前inverter generators的优势只剩下两个:
1.quieter
2.use less fuel

我刚才又读了consumer report的generator selection guide, 发现:
1、也说要invertor才能避免fry the electonics, like charging cell phone。那么目前我在网上搜到的只有一篇说 non invertor也可以clean electricity, 但另外好几篇都说不适合电脑等电子设备。
2、说如果要接furnace, 必须有transfer switch. 但transfer switch要求240v, 这个只在3500w以上的发电机才有, 小功率发电机只有120v, 不能接transfer switch, 也就不能带动furnace.

您为什么说furnace需要inverter呢?这算sensitive electonics吗?

如果是这样, 必须大功率inverter有240v才能带动furnace?很贵吧?

你如果觉得电脑娇气,普通inverter发电机也没有用,顶多电压稳点,如果想稳压不是inverter的可以用surge protector解决,很多廉价的inverter直流变交流也跟廉价的UPS一样,都是方波或者三角波。你买这个吧:

你如果觉得电脑娇气,普通inverter发电机也没有用,顶多电压稳点,如果稳压不是inverter的可以用surge protector解决,很多廉价的inverter直流变交流也跟廉价的UPS一样,都是方波或者三角波。你买这个吧:

几个网站都说了,又不是我发明创造的。
基本原理就是普通发电机输出电压不稳,电机转速不能保持恒定3600转,特别是产生surge,原理在那里,你说不能用,也要搞个所以然,问问为什么不能用吧,为什么inverter可以用?

surge protector 那点surge跟generator的 10% THD
根本不是一个级别,你觉得网站说得对就对呗

你再查查10%thd 是什么意思。
那个应该是跟你的PSU 整压以后的直流输出有关,而跟交流输入没有任何关系。

输入电压有问题无非两个方面,电压波动或者波形不对,波动特别是高压可以用surge protector保护,波形不对,Honda已经说了,很多廉价inverter波形也有问题
