如果就是双方私下沟通，对方不管同意，不同意还是没表态，都正常，不存在谁尴尬不尴尬问题， 广而告之，就不一样了。
在X去俄罗斯前，确实中乌双方非常接近到远程电视通话的地步，可是X从俄罗斯回来这么久，中乌首脑电视通话还没有进行，说明期间出现变数，不一定是中国的责任。

就事论事，如果从道义，从民众，或普世价值看，俄罗斯确实是侵略乌克兰，中国中立，并没有谴责俄罗斯，
中国现在搞和平外交，定位自己成为和平协调者，作为一个真正的和平协调者，一般都应该两边同等对待吧，这是其二
当然中国有别的原因。。。。有可以理解的不少成分。。。
所以，在中乌本来安排视频通话但因故没有按期进行的情况下，司机大秀我邀请X主席访问乌克兰，这不就是逼宫吗？？ 有这么请人的吗？ LOL
