这就是不能完全脱钩的原因，必须留几个非关键部件给土工国生产，以后背锅肯定用的着；不过话说回来，土工国质量好就没必要走低价路线，何必那么糟蹋自己。

你就不懂了，加拿大这操作，完全符合流程，不管LRT再怎么趴窝，政府都没有人有错或有罪而承担个人责任。而且充分体现人民的安全为首要考量的高尚情怀，满满的正气歌啊。

没有人因此坐牢，没有人因此下台，没有人会消失，没有人因此被P民消遣谣言绯闻。优越性绝对超过天朝一百倍的。-）
