我理解上帝无所不能
上帝无所不能作为一个抽象的概念并不难以理解和接受。但上帝超越的能力、智慧、和权柄用人的理性无法理解的方式以主耶稣在十字架上卑微的流血舍身的具象彰显出来的时候，人的本能是拒绝抗拒的。

至高无上全知全能的上帝因着祂全善之本性自己降卑，成为人的样式，并且受审判、被鞭伤、屈辱地被钉死在十字架上为罪人赎罪。上帝的爱如此具体的显现出来，不仅超越人的理性，让人难以理解，同时也赤裸裸的暴露了人性的凶残、虚伪、与邪恶。而人在日常生活中不仅依赖自己的理性，而且以自己为善、为荣、为世界的中心，也就是以自己为神。抗拒于是成为自然的反应。
所以，主耶稣说，人若不成为小孩子的样式，就不能进上帝的国。
人以自己为神又知道自己实在不是神也不配为神，所以往往接受无所不能的上帝的抽象观念，然后通过自己的想象创造出符合自己需要的假神，或称之阿拉，或名之真如，或曰命、数、道、运、…… 或者更直接了当地虚幻化其为“无神”。
人要认识真实独一的上帝，先要认自己的罪，就是把自己当作与上帝同等的自我崇拜之谬，以及由此而生的自我中心、偏行己意之意念与行为。
