Nearly 50,000 ballots remain uncounted in the B.C. provincial election, and their contents – as well as the outcomes of any recounts – will determine the final result of the vote.

The B.C. NDP sit at 46 seats, the B.C. Conservatives at 45 — both having fallen short of a majority of 47 seats — and the B.C. Greens are at two seats in the initial vote count Saturday night.
