读完报道，从非法律砖家的角度，我觉得法院是说40%绿地的要求无法永久做到。

这可能是由道理的，如果市政府以及周边社区觉得40%绿地必须要保存，可能唯一可行的办法就是自己出钱买下来，变成一个公园之类。

指望签一个协议，别人就得永久维持一大片绿地，可能不现实
