拿车的时候发现原本放在车里的东西不翼而飞了!!!

I have my car served at that dealer quite often, and I always leave my stuff with the car. Never lost anything. BUT, I would be much much more careful about it from now on.

我之前也光顾过那里, 也没丢过什么东西. 所以我就大意了, 没想到这次真的发生了这事儿. 反正我是再也不会去那儿了, 所谓"见过鬼就怕黑", 领教了一次, 我算是得到了一个教训. 他们也查不出什么东西, 那里的经理也无法解释为什么会发生这种事情. 哎.

不过听他们说好象是车子内部维修就在那里的车行弄, 如果是喷漆啊等外观的工夫是需要把车弄到另一个BODY SHOP去做的.

there are many repair shop have sign on the wall somewhere, claim that they DO NOT responsbile for any damage to their customer's car or even in the event of stolen while in their custody, i dont' know if this VW dealer has the same policy or what, but i guess they are all the same crap, so, just becareful next time what to leave in the car while u leave it in either parking lot or repair shop. you can try to contact better business bureau or consumer protect association see if they can provid any help, some people got compensated after they take the shop to small claim court, that's also an idea. but its' time and money consuming.

like u said, this VW dealer does have this specific sign on the wall.

HOHO, 我两个月前在st. laurent VW 遇到过同样的事。跟MANAGER 讨论了一下，告诉我几天前也发生过。怪了，是不是有人有意要搞臭VW啊？

真想不到. 我还打算以后转到ST. LAURNET VW的车行做维修保养呢.
