电话改号请教？

由于搬家要移号，BELL 公司有网上登记改线改号业务。
下面是他们的所谓收费OPETIONS：

新的地方原来有一个总接入点，并且各房间的JACK的线都和总接入点相连。
在这种情况下，下面的75元有必要交吗？

我的理解好象是下面的收费是针对新房的，各位有何高见？

Charges for the installation by Bell of one or more jacks: $75.00 for installing and activating the first jack, and $42.00 for installing and activating each additional jack.

当然不用交了。
如果是apartment，本来就有jack的。
如果是room in house，要问房东，没有的要他付钱装，因为装上后就是他屋子里的资产了。
如果你是买的新房子，问你的建筑商。
