1.Back up your registry file
2.Find the linkage of the pop up window
3.Run regedit.exe and search the linkage
3.Delete any key related to the linkage.
4.If it's run by a software, unstall it from control panel or directly delete it from your hard drive, and again run regedit.exe to delete any key related to the .exe file.
5. restar your system.
