Winter is so cold, summer is so hot, spring and autume is so short.

Most people spend 95% of their time inside heated buildings/cars.
And if you think Ottawa is anywhere near hot in Summer, try Wuhan.

"渥太华被列入最适人类居住的城市前10名之内"绝对应该，但居住是要花钱的，也就是说这个评比是关于花钱的，这个评比肯定不包括是否适于挣钱，因为如果包括花钱和挣钱，渥太华能否进前100，都是问题。
