Set the shuttle speed manually.
When you have tripod, set the shuttle speed
from 0.7second to 4 second or more, depending
on the light. But be careful of some light
that is specially bright, then you will find
blinding spot on your image cause the electricity
will overflow from that spot on CCD, which means
the area of white will be enlarged. So try not
taking specially bright light in your picture.

用中文再写一遍:

手动设定快门速度.
如果你有三脚架,设快门速度从0.7秒到4秒甚至更多,
根据光线.
但是小心那些特别亮的光源,你会发现你的图片上有
很亮的盲点,那是因为CCD上的象素电流过大,溢出到
周围象素,使那块白色亮点面积变大.所以尽量避免
把这种特别亮的灯包括在照片里.

照夜景很奇怪，我用相机的夜景模式，照的就不错，就是灯显得很亮，但手动，把光圈调到最大，暴光补偿也调到最大，用ISO800，还是比夜景模式照的要黑很多

你关闪光灯了吗？

关了闪光灯了呀，而且我设置手动光圈的时候，快门已经自动调到最慢了，没法再慢了

我的可以.
确实象你说的那样,用机器自带的夜景模式
是不错的.
