Furnished with a desk, chair, bookcase, dresser, mirror, painting, bed, lamp, TV, phone and a good-size closet and a computer for you to access the interent.
The Location
Near the St. Laurent Mall off Ogilvie. Very close to transitway at St. Laurent. (2 blocks to back of St. Laurent Mall.)There are two grocery stores within two blocks and a Zellers, Winners, Loeb, St. Laurent Mall (with everything). There are corner stores (including a Chinese grocery store) and restaurants near by. We are in a very nice townhouse complex with lots of grass and trees.
The House
Free on-site laundry machines;
A separate dining room and living room;
A barbeque in the backyard for summer;
Kitchen is very well supplied with everything needed including microwave, rice-cooker, utensils, dishes, pots etc.
Hydro and heat is included.
The house has tasteful furnishing with antiques, plants and art.
We have a large TV in the living room and a decent stereo
There is a half-bathroom on the ground floor and full bathroom on the second floor

We have a non-smoking environment;
We don't have pets;
We have a cooperative, respectful and friendly atmosphere;
The ages in the house range from twenties to thirties and presently we
have both male and female genders, canadian and chinese people represented;
New immigrants and international students are welcome.
