No hardwood floor; not free hold; though freshly painted, you may not like that color...one more important thing missing, it didnot say the age of the house...think think bah...

Center Pointe's houses are freaking expensive...

Check check Morgan's Grant, Village Green, Bridlewood, Kanata Lakes...they are all close to where you work...

1300 too small

mine is at centrepointe, 1600 , not includeing basement. So small that no family room at main floor!

1300 should be ok for single or couple without kids.

My understanding of 2-piece ensuite is that bath(tub) and shower are seperated...

From A Dai's post, 1300 sq feet doesnot include basement. It's a small town, but the family room can be added in the basement...

The price is reasonable considering it is an end unit(worth 4000-5000) and tiles in kitchen and all bath rooms (worth 3000)...and one more thing, it is in centrepointe, compared with the ones in Kanata or Barhaven, it worht an extra 10,000 to 15,000.
