People first good at Chinese food, Money is second

you'd better be familiar with the kitchen operation if you want to run a restaurant, which will ensure you have a low cost and the control of the restaurant.Or you have to find a guy who has experiences in kitchen first,(i mean the cook).
we have three restaurants in toronto, we are going to do the Franchise, if you are interested, maybe we can cooperate.
