40%给general market.

目前有4000名单身人士寻找home space,每年140套房的供给量,
使其中1/3的人在未来4年内找不到理想的居所.

目前出租房的空房率是0.2%,使bechelor appartment租金升至
$800; 2 bedroom $1,100; 3 bedroom townhouse $1,300.

apartment 时一个老住户遇到和我相同的问题,新住户的房租降了,但老住户
的房租涨3。5%,不得以只得换地方。一个朋友新换到另一个apartment,
遇到2001开始租的住户一问,比那人便宜了70元。
我找apartment时发现房子有很多空的,甚至有很多已经空的当月可如住的
房子,这在01年是不可想象的。我认识的朋友搞光线的,7-8个里有3个离开
ottawa了。单位里的老外,要买第2个房子,发现同等的老房子已经开始降了,
买新房的发现房价在涨,但送的东西月来越多。
 
coolest如果能将地点说清楚一点,那么你的数据会更有参考价值.因为Ottawa城市虽然不大,她的几个区之间的房租和房价差得很远.举个极端的例子,在经济还是非常好的2000年,Glocester的一些公寓都在降租金.另外,Bell St.之类治安灾区与Bayshore或Licoln Heights也无法相提并论.

我的朋友中有几个最近租了Bayshore一带的townhouse,月租金与William Teron的数据非常接近.
 
以上apartment地点分别位于, hunt club@uplands(south key),fisher@carling,richmond@woodrofe, Bayshore,bell street north(near 9龙),carling near by lincon field. 基本覆盖全市了
