[请求] Air conditioner -- Mike's Appliance

Mike's Appliance has an ad on Zhong Hua Dao Bao-- 2 ton AC (Keeprite) for $1,500.

Anyone here knows him?:blink:

One more question -- I have the AC rough in done by the builder. Shoping around with other installers, I normally get $100-150 discount, but Mike only offered me $50 discount. In addition,two or three families of us in the same neighborhood will install togather, can we get more discount from him? His price is already low, just wondering if we can get more :blowzy:

丫座，还有个问题。这空调是装在墙上，用架子支起来好呢，还是放在地上，用石头垫着好呢？俺家院子还没铺草，builder说怎末也得等到下个月呢，这样的话放在地上好象现在还不行。。。

说起来，俺觉得架离地面好象感觉‘好’点儿，可是俺家装的时候，就是放在deck下面，俺都舍不得他们在俺家外墙上打个洞啊钻个眼儿啊啥的。而且估计你家的空调得是个大块头的，我猜蹲在地上恐怕更踏实些。另外，按空调的时候还有个什么code,估计会要求离墙几尺，-----我记得不确切，这条不是很准哈。:zany:
没铺草，正好省了‘打地基’的时候揭草皮了 一般用石头垫的时候，‘地基’是安装的人自己带来的碎石子，夯实了，然后上面铺预制的那种石板找平，你提醒他们你家landscaping还没做，估计他们也知道要给你家垫高点儿，留出铺top soil和草坪的高度来了。

我家的空调应该算是个大个子，安装在架子上(人家也没给我们选择)，但是离地只有几寸，下面的好草早就枯死了，但是长满了野草。

我就是刚刚让Mike装的，干净利索。
放在地上。担心挂在墙上会震动地基，噪音的共振可能传入房中。
有的安装公司放地上要加钱。

我家也计划装空调，去年秋季时我也把Mike's appliance的报价剪了下来，2Ton:$1450,但是不知道在这家公司里，应该选什麽牌子的空调机好。请问已装的朋友给个意见。谢谢！
