I listened the sponsorship scandal intently. I totally lost my confident in liberals. So, why, lots of Chinese, prefer liberal. Because they visited China town in SARS or they have a good policy for immigration.However, as a matter of fact, to visit a China town in the middle of Sars is more likely to save Toronto's economy and secondly, regarding immigration, other party will not close the door of immigration when they are in power. It is just because they are not liberals, therefore, they have to say sth different. This is politics.
It is true that to visit Chinese during the difficult time and an open policy to immigration are beneficial to us. However, the liberal does suck a big time in more important things such as money scandal and foreign policy, like Tibet and now health premium tax. If he needs raise health premium, why he wasted millions of dollars to TTC, which is the worst public service in the world. He used money to buy those union workers for their support.
I think liberals are rotten and spoiled because they are in power so long and they do not show a strong integrity in many aspects at all. If Paul Martin is still the only best choice, however, as an employee of Corporate Canada, I would, and also encourage, my fellow Chinese friends, to teach liberals a lesson at least.
We, chinese, should understand that some one smiles to us does not mean he will act according to your best interests. We, Chinese, work hard, save our income, pay great attention to education and we are more conservative than others. These are why we can prevail in very difficult situations and in the foreign land. Therefore, we, basically, treat our life and run our family like a business. We are more close to captialism instead of the rotten liberals.
