想买房,找了一个买方代理,她要我和她签一个buyer agreement。可是有朋友说我不应该签,买方代理的就是想把握绑在她那里,各位老大给出个主意,谢谢。
 
哪位老大给推荐一个买房代理,谢谢。
 
如果她能给你提供一些好的房子,签协议会有许多好处。但如果她竟给你一些破房子,就别跟她签约。还有哇,你要跟她讲好如果你直接从房主那买房,该怎么办.
 
有个叫Todd的,人挺好,很真诚。忘了他的电话了。上网上去找吧,能找到。
 
签约公平合理,代理开门做生意的,怎么可能故意找些你不要的房子让你买呢。。。

还没看过房子呢。那个代理告诉我说buyer agreement是政府规定要签的,可是据说很多代理不要签,我看了她给我的buyer agreement,实际就是她自己的东西,和政府毫无关系。我觉得她在欺骗加欺负我。

相信自己的直觉...不过看看房子也不错...

depends where u live, i can give u contact info of No1 Remax agent in ottawa or No1 Royal lePage agent in ottawa, i know both of them and both are very professional and nice...if not good won;t be a No1 laaaaa, if u need HHQ to me. i will send u their contact info

如果一开始就不信任她,还是赶紧找别人吧。代理多着呢。不过你先别急着和代理签约,多约几个,比较比较,就有感觉了。
 
Buyer agreement 是保护房地产经济的. 如果你说用她, 但没有协议, 万一你回头又找别人去买了, 她的精力投入就浪费了, 所以要你签约. 其实所有房地产经纪的信息是一样的, 别人能够看见的房子信息, 她也能看见. 我个人认为挑选经纪要看她是否勤快, 而不会信她说她的信息全不全. 如果是我, 要么别签, 靠自己, 要么签了, 就全靠她给你找信息, 有你看见而她没看见的信息, 你也通知她, 让她联系. 如果你签了约, 还自己买了房子, 她可以照样要佣金的.

政府对房地产经纪是有规定, 规定她应该签约, 但是政府未必会规定合同样本.
 
我就签过一个代理,发给我的信息全是一些在Market上好久的房子,不用他,我也知道那个房子在卖。:flaming:
 
Buying a house

You might like my two cents:

(1). Signing a agreement with an agent is necessary in Canada if you are not very professional at the house property market and its business. But you must, in this agreement, specify the period of time you want to hire this agent, for example, 3 months. After 3 months, it is your decision whether or not you still want to hire him/her. It is your best interest if the agreement does not confine how many agents you can hire at the same time, which means you have flexibility in choosing the agent you like best without influencing your benefits they all serve you.

(2). Please remember: it is you that use your agents, but not reverse, because quite often it is very hard to determine how much an agent really works for your interests. To do this, it might be a very good idea for you to ask for your friends' help, consult with several agents at the same time, and take time to make yourself have more knowledge about the house property market.
