TD Visa company sucks!!!

There is a charge showing at my statement I know I didn't shop at that store during that time, so I asked the company what it was about, I was told to ask the store. so ridiculous!!! what's the TD Visa company's function? just charge money and get the interests? So Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn company!!!!!!!!

即使没有买东西,收的是以前欠钱的利息....

你问“what it was about？”；他／她让你去问the store。这各回答没错吧。
他／她怎么知道what it was about？
你直接说你不知道任何关于这笔费用的事，让他／她告诉你怎么办就可以了。
他们当然知道处理。损失的是store.

I've told them I doubted it might be credit fraud. and sent letter and fax to the company and talked with several representitives, even a manager, I still don't get any information about the charge, every month the interest added on and and I've got charged again half year later after I stoped using it, nobody have told me any information more than my statement showed and nobody tried to do anything even I told them this possibly be a credit fraud, they just tried persuing me to pay it.

Usually the credit card companies have a good process to protect the card holders. 什么叫“I doubted it might be credit fraud”？“this possibly be a credit fraud”？
用不着你去猜是怎么会事。而且你用“doubted”，“might be ”，“possibly be ”。

你唯一可以说的就是保证你没有用过这笔钱，不知道任何关于这笔费用的事。问他们这么办。他们是怎么回答你的？

TD Visa suck!

I told them I moved to the new place and I found out they still sent the statement after half a year. 5$ balance becomes 10$ something. Then I said goodbyte to TD visa right away.

Switch to CIBC/RBC with 1% cash paypack.

用不着你去猜是怎么会事。而且你用“doubted”，“might be ”，“possibly be ”。

你唯一可以说的就是保证你没有用过这笔钱，不知道任何关于这笔费用的事。问他们这么办。他们是怎么回答你的？

I was vaived the first time, but half year later the same charge showed again, this time, I wasn't waived enen I told them I stoped use it after the first time I found something was wrong.

调查是信用卡公司的事。

"I'm sorry we cannot help you any more, you have to ask the store to trace the charge." ----that's why I think it sucks!!!

I wasn't told to cancel this card and get another one, so I tried to cancel my account, I was told that I have to pay the bill first, after my balance is 0 and my account is inactivited for half year, then my account would be closed."

另外会寄一调查表让你声明并sign.

First time I asked about the it, and I got it, there wasn't my signature and the item purchase was unreadible. But second time the company didn't buther to sent me one even I told the representitives that it was a fraud credit this time.

看来你这事拖得长了点，赶快找他们的manager.

既然第一次已经免了这笔费用，为什么后来又charge？“we were charged by the store's bank”不是理由！请他们解释一下。

I told them I was the custom of the credit company, and got bills and payed for the company not from the banks in between, I had the right to ask the credit company trace it.

The explaination was that the store could trace the charge not the credit company, because the store charged it's bank and it's bank charged the credit card company's bank,they are the costum service department , so they could not trace the charge, so I have to ask the store to trace it.

There was no problem of communication, It was the way the company dealing with fraud credit. I think it's the company's duty to trace and solve a fraud credit reported from custom not the custom.

No, but I did stop using it th first time the charge appeared in my statement.

As for second time I asked to close my account, but I was told my balance had to be 0 (which means that I have to pay it no matter what it is) and inactivited for half year. I've been dealing with TD Visa for half years, now I'm trying to contact the store to see if I can get some information.

No matter what the result will be, the TD Visa company makes me sick.
It sucks!

This is the first statement of my TD Visa account.

My case is a little bit complex, so I try to put things together instead of reply you one by one, sorry for that.
