The shutter speed is still a little bit high i think.
i prefer 1/60-1/125s @ that situation.
you are absolutely getting better and better.we all saw that. it usually takes 1-2 months to get used to the dslr.

Startrack: Thanks for your encouragement. Not sure I'm getting better at my photography skill but I definitely improved my PS.

Will try slower speed as you suggested next time and see how it goes. One concern I have is that I may not be able to get the main subject clear at 1/60s. I guesss it needs a lot of practice.

快门速度稍低一点的话，是有点难，这张镜头甩慢了，焦点在后车轮上。
这好像是在格劳斯特，昨天开幕了。
