last time when I move, they told me they don't need to send any engineer to my
apartment to install the phone-line. however, after I moved in I foud the phone
is not ready. After phoned bell several times, they fix it 5 days later. Can you
imaging 5 days without any connection to the outside world? Furthermore, they
charge my service fee for that 5 days! Bell is a very bad company and rude to
its customers!
Same as my case. Promised me that my new line
would be ready in 24 hours. First time I call them,
they said "Oh, let's wait for another few hours".
Second time, "Oh, it is after 6:00pm, we have no
engineer". Third time, "We will forward your problem
to proper group". Forth, fifth, sixth....time,
"You have to wait for our engineer to fix". And
finally on 5th day, my phone line got hooked up.
However, they didn't charge the 5 days service.
Some Canadians and Canadian companies are really
SHIT!
