看了这里的许多贴子后, 还以为要等一年半栽.看来不是处理中心的问题, 是Ottawa办公室的问题.

我今天收到Toronto办公室叫我这月考试的信. 今年1月30日寄的申请.

请问楼上: where do you live? I live in Ottawa, Can I apply in Toronto?

The process center will send your application to the office in your city. If you were in Ottawa, your application would go to Ottawa office. You couldn't control it.

请问楼上: where do you live? I live in Ottawa, Can I apply in Toronto?

yes, you can but you have to use an address in toronto. once you submitted your application, the change of your address will delay your application process (2 or 3 months normally).
