<HTML>You should follow the traffic flow, not follow the stupid 60-km signs. If all cars drive at 70km in rush hour, you should keep at right lane, not at left lane to block everyone. Use commom sense. Don't behavour like an academic researcher when you driving. If you were horned from behind very often, it seems you drive too slow (over speed limit by 10-20% aceeptable by polices, no more than that), and block the passing lane.</HTML>
