If you'd read the article carefully, the author was going to take the bags away for a Chinese lady but the old foreign fart jumped in line.
The author wasn't being unreasonable, he did what he should have done in an unfair case. I applaud his courage to stand up to fight for injustice!
Remember that piece of junk Mark someone who assaulted a Chinese lady in Guangzhou and no one actually jumped out to beat the daylight out of him! That, my fellow Chinese, was really unfortunate!

Yes I agree that if someone is too agreesive is not good. But what was wrong about that lady, what did she say first? what did she do first, what did the author do and say first?

Did you really read it "Carefully"? Where does it say that the author was going to take the bag away? It is reasonable that the lady does not understand Chinese, she did not know what the author was talking about when someone else wanted that seat, and she wanted to take that seat too.
Think about this, you go to a restaurant and see an empty seat, don't you want to take it?
The aothor should have said:"sorry, this seat is taken, can you please wait for a while?" or even:"you can take mine if you are really tired." Instead of:"What are you doing?..." Can you take that if someone says this in your face when you walk on the street in Canada, even you did something wrong? There is no need to get that excited. Calm down, just like how you are educated in school. That is how you treat other people. You do not want other people yell at your face, and neither do others.
Look what happened following, after the author said:"What are you doing?..."
"My husband, my daughter and I are finding seats to have lunch. We want to sit here.” Is there anything that sounds agreesive here? She was just explaining she wanted that seat, if you do not want to give it to her, just tell her no, why so mad:"There’re only two seats, how can three people sit here?” This means if that lady WAS alone, the author would give that seat to her? So the author is mad at why that lady had 3 people instead of 2 or 1 then. Haha, funny, funny.That is really SAGE, yeaaaahh..
