9月份，出租townhouse里的一个房间，位于Cameron Avenue,几分钟的walking distance to Carleton University, 和Billings Bridge shopping mall 只隔一条河。97路可达OU。有两位中国女学生和加拿大房东现住。房间价格400，包水电High-speed Internet connection，local telephone, Cable TV多达50个频道，房间里有接口。如果在客厅看电视，可享用多达几百个频道的digital cable。房东是个非常nice的，拥有两个高学位的加拿大中年成功男士，从事媒体传播事业。他有做ESL老师的经验，会主动在日常生活中教你说标准的英语和让你了解有关加拿大的风土人情。如需要，房东还可提供简单家具。屋前有停车，但是每月需付50元parking fee，这不是房东charge你，是给市政府的。
房东对你的要求仅两点：安静，不吸烟。

How far does it from OU? I am neat easy-going OU new male student but in 30 years old. Since I am good at dish cooking, one of my concerns is there any opportunity for me to show off?

It will be easy for you to get OU campus, taking no.97 bus at Billings Bridge is your first choice.
Good news is the landlord is a chinese food lover, then, you can transfer the kitchen to be your kingdom.

不好意思房价作了点修改，之前是我没了解清楚，其实现在出租是最好的那间，所以多出20元，请见谅。
