the door from buider has no glass.i did updrade my doors had to pay $500

do it with a contractor after buidling ur house costs much less

1，一般都有哪些？
2，什么是必需的？
3，谈upgrade的时候要注意些什么？有和builder讨价还价的可能吗？

if you spent a lot money to upgrade from the builder,you will pay more property tax..if city of ottawa did not know the upgrade the property tax will stay the same..

就是upgrade 木地板，厨房的瓷砖等,地税都会增加吗？谢谢

the builder will report to city of ottawa the value of your house.then city of ottawa will increase your property tax..
