For First-Time Home buyer only, you still have to pay first, but the money will be refund up to $2,000...($250,000 equivalent house value)

No rebate for the resale house... the Land Transfer tax is only for brand new homes....

Your lawyer will do that for you.. if you qualify for the rebate.

Only valid for first-tmer homebuyer for newly-built house. Confirmed by lawyer.
