作为一个局外人，其实我不该多嘴，不过还是忍不住想说两句。
CFC的论坛规则大家都应该遵守，这也是大多数用户正在做的。可是论坛的规则就一定面面俱到吗。事情总会有特殊情况。比方说这个noscrub and chinasmile之间的瓜葛。如果大多数人都说chinasmile故意骗钱，居心不良，那其他的人的确就 应该小心上当受骗。可是一个网上代号如何识别这个人呢。应该有一点线索告诉大家。即使不应该指名道姓，他的地址应该公布与众，让大家碰到了注意。
作为一个大家信赖的非常有影响的媒体，我们真的希望CFC能够借助他的威慑力来为大家伸张正义。现在这样明知chinasmile不对，却不采取任何措施，有点象那些为杀人犯辩护的律师们。

Agree it,here's a canada,only they can do to claim any lose go by law!!we are not really know whole story for both,which party said a good things & hiding a bad things either.we are not judge....submit any evidence when in a court.....CFC wont involved in any personal dispute.the dispute must stop as well.

Well,you are not really understand the laws in Canada,CFC wont involved in any personal dispute.if you thinking you want to take that $200.00 back,go by law & let a judge to make a decision with any evidence.do some things such as mature people.you want bring the CFC with your case won't you.......you can do somethings out of CFC up to you....

if you did somethings such as prior in the western website, you will receive the letters soon from a website owner's law officer & pay any cost with occured.so you must said thanks,sorry to CFC...& do somethins such as mature people with thinking over for any result & be more carefully in Canada for your future.ok, good luck!!!!!!

What we want to do is just give a notice to those who are looking for their new home in this forum. Just want to let them know they should be aware of a landlord whose id is "ChinaSmile".

that's fine,actually,you are still lucky & nothing about lawsuit from CFC ,otherwise you are not only lose about $200.00, might be more concerning with any lawsuit.so good luck & have a safety in your life in canada,also building up your new life start here & welcome to Canada!!!!!!!!!!!
