Element refers to each 炉头. I guess radiant refers to how heat is transferred.
I'd just look for these criteria in selecting a range:
-type: built-in or stand-alone
-finish: stainless steel, black, white
-gas or electric
-element wattage or burner btu
-cooktop: ceramic/glass or porcelain on steel
-convection oven?
-warming drawer?
Most ranges today have self-clean capability.
