2。 我在德国拿的博士，这也是我的新工作要求的。博士学位证书需要作评估吗? 需要多长时间能拿到评估证书?

我爱人是tn status，人已经在美国。我不是加拿大公民，我在渥太华，我想签td去美国。可是上网找了半天关于td地说明，都没有具体地说需要准备什么材料，申请费是多少，甚至在美国大使馆visa category里面就没有td. 但是他的官方网页上又说所有的non-immigrant visa 都要预约。我应该准备什么材料，能在OTTAWA大使馆签么？

这类签证归国土安全部发放，而使馆隶属于国务院，所以不可以去使馆。

Just following Mr. Hu told at first, preparing everything I need. Nothing for extra. At border only 10 minutes got everything and never asked me any question.
