有谁买过TARTAN的房子吗，质量怎么样，因为看到一出比较合适的房子，请各位指教指教。不知道TARTAN的房子质量好坏！

Tartan is a good builder, but Tamarack is better (of course, the price is higher too)

e,g, Richcraft is a good builder, but due to the foundation sinking in Hunt Club area (it's city's problem), they got sued by several residents and will get a sh*t result this year...

Urbandale is listed as one of the best builders in this chart, and I got 51 defects listed in my 30 day report...

I saw Tartan's model homes in Bank Street South, they look weired
