I had a quick talk with the Tartan sales yesterday, and they were very firm on the price.

Just found out I have to pay for the Ontario New Home Warranty Enrollment Fee - more than $500 on the top of the listing price...

For most decent builders the fee would be included in the listing price...only those greedy ones such as TT's (Minto?) will let the buyers pay for that

In the past, Minto also pay for that, like XJJ's home, now, hai have builder pay for that ma :smokin:

I know Urbandale still prepays for the enrollment fee or could say that the listing price includes it. I don't think there is a right or wrong time to buy. Definitely, there is a timing for sell... For me, I could not afford a semi so I have to wait until this year...but the house price has increased $16K for all Tartan homes...
