I will sign the contract next week, feel kind of hesitating... mortgage rates went up already (my pre-approval already expired), and the house price increase $16,000 comparing to last December price...

我每天进城卖菜时都经过那里。菜市场开始比较早，天不亮我就进城了，交通对我不太成问题。
但那天那个女孩不知喝了多少酒车凌晨1点半开车失控把同车的给撞死了，警车在进城的必经路口一拦，害得我不得不往东开了大半天才进了城。Hunt Club+River 可是你的咽喉。
如果说你的咽喉在一两年内有望拓宽，Limebank被评为The Worst Road in Ontario也会很快有机会改成4 Lane的话，你家门口的River Road正因为它在河边，考虑到对环境的影响却只能永远是2 Lane。
所以交通是你的永远的痛。当然从Armstrong-Limebank也能走，多个2KM， I think. Or take O-Train。
不过正如你所说那地方可真讨人喜欢。

for 5 year fixed rate, at least 1.2% below the posted rate. or you can use the rate posted by ING as a bench mark...

Even with closing date in ONE YEAR? Usually they only guarantee the rate for 120 days..

Some banks are associated with the builders, they provide the service to help you lock the rate until your closing date...normally you can get this kind of info in the sales offfice...

Right, and the guy only give me 1.15% off the posted rate and gurantee the rate up to the closing date, however..
