Actually you can use smith bar by yourself, especially for beginners. But it seems that you are not in this case because you workout 5-6 times per week. Frankly speaking, the time is not easy to choose for more than one ppl.
i am interested , but 5-6 times means i have to go there every night! does it possible if i come not that much? btw how much weight can u lift? mine is only 90 pounds , hehe i mean 45 on each side!

i was like 45+25 at each side, something like that, i am not sure i can still do that now, cuz it was last semester, and that is on the training mill with hooks, so the bar does not count acctually

I mean the training tensity between smith bar that you quoted as "training mill with hooks" and bench press. The former itself is 30 pound lighter than the latter.
