Bell sympatico high speed 优惠？

我刚刚用 sympatico 2 个月（半价）， 看到有新的优惠（半价半年）。请问可不可以 先Cancel， 然后转过去？ Bell 的中文Agent 打电话告诉我可以这样做， 但还是很疑虑中。。。。。。。。。

现在sympatico好像提前取消服务要罚100加币
这样算下来并不便宜

半价是多少？
我签的合同是29.95每月， 共一年。

If you have not signed a contract, then you do not have contract. You can cancel it anytime.

Basically, after your promotion finishes, you have 3 options:
1. do nothing, Bell charge you about $45 a month
2. sign a contract for lower price
3. cancel it, go to another provider
