The cheapest way for improving English: keep watch TV (any program except CCTV), at least 2 hours perday. You should be able to communicate by English after half year.

Try to find some interesting book to read.

"You Can Negotiate Anything" by Herb Cohen is very practical and interesting. Lots of funny stories and cases. It will improve your thinking while amuse you. You can find it at Eaton Center or Chapters.

The key is you need to read it out, loud and clear, 15 minutes per day is good enough.

It is not hard only if you like it.

You may want to encourage ENGLISH posters in your territory, that will be the best thing for all your supporters.

Regarding the post, you probably want to go to some English forum, such as ott.general, there are plenty of people will point out your language flaws.

...... is right. You really need to say it, talk it out. Slow but clear at the begining.

I suggest you buying a voice recorder(IC recorder or tape recorder, about $40, Radioshack) and talk to it or tape your conversation,then listen, you will find the problems yourself. It works on me, pretty good.
