I have a big furnished room (>15 sq meter) with private bathroom in a nice & clean house. It's available from Feb. 1st. N/S; no pets; everything included plus cable/phone/internet. shared kitchen and laundry. But you need to take bus #95 then OC-tran or take bus #117. 5 min walking distance to transit station (Iris). Please call me 852 6680 if interested.

两室一厅的大卧室出租（带独立的卫生间）


房子很新，地点在ＷＡＬＫＬＥＹ上．．是栋矮ＡＰＴ．．近２８５０和２８７０．厅不住人．现出租其中的大卧室，且带独用的洗手间．5５０／月．包

It is located at 2084 Kingsley Road at Woodroffe & Iris (check mapquest for exact location). This is a private house in a residence area. As I mentioned in the previous post, you need five minutes walking to Iris Station and take bus #95 to bayviw connecting OC-train or take bus 117 to CU at baseline station (one stop south along transitway). Please check www.octranspo.com for detail route. Please make you comfortable with ~20 mins bus travelling then call me at 852 6680.

The price is 550c$/month for a couple including everything as listed in the previous post. The room is furnished with private bathroom. If you want a lower price, I might have another larger room (~16 sq meter) at basement but you need to share bathroom. The price is 520C$/month for a couple.

Other features is park nearby, walking distance to Ikea, Chapter, Lablow etc. Two bus stop to Liconfield mall where there is Walmart etc.
