我是说景深小了点，f8-11就挺合适。91mm X 1.6 X1.4=203mm,收一档还是可以手持的。
而且稳定性上来讲，绞架要好于is.这方面你我是达成过共识的

Thanks. The EXIF shows light reading about 1/400 @ F4.5. I don't think it's possible to handheld at F8/11, at least not with my hands.

I didn't see you today. See you tomorrow morning.

The owls were standing beside the road to welcome me to take the pictures for them when I arrived.

Nice shot. Was there this morning for a short while but did not see you. Did not take any photos as none of them is close. However, captured a short video with my video camera (15x zoom)

I was really attracted by this great creature. Back there a couple of times and got a few more shots.

BTW, if you guys want to see a display of 长枪大炮, go straight to March Valley Road. You won't be disapointed. I saw a dozen of 大白, some XB, a 300/F2.8, Nikon 黑炮(unfortunately don't know enough about Nikon to name them).

11. Taking off. Wish I had a better composition. Quite a challenge to capture owl in flight and I'm still practicing.
