自由世界，喜欢什么是个人的自由。也没必要非要说出个什么理由，比如说打字快慢的问题，想练习英语的问题。说实话，有时间在这灌水的人，会在乎那几分钟？至于学习英语，这里肯定不是好地方，有的中式英语看多了，我都以为是正确的了，这就不太好了。

你的例子不太懂，加上那80人，好像喜C的和喜E的比例还是15:5， 只不过是他们各自占总体的比例跟原先不一样了（假设那80人原先没投票）。

不投票就说明不在乎。

知道什么叫弃权票，什么叫中立票吗？

最后的结果肯定会说，总共有多少人投票，其中，多少人喜欢中文，多少人喜欢英文，大家不就都有数了吗，你连这都想不清楚呀，还谈什么bias不bias的问题，以为你多高深。

Survey is different from election.

In election, a candidate who gets most of the votes becomes the winner. Individuals who do not vote give up their rights.

However, the purpose of a survey is to find out the truth. A small size of sampling would result in an inacurate conclusion. Therefore, the inclusion of other choices in a survey is held to be a better approach in order to produce a reliable conclusion. Accordingly, the fact that individuals are not participating in the survey does not mean that they give up their rights.
