hotmail password

Hi:
I changed my hotmail password yesterday, and could login. But today i can not login both hotmail and MSN, is there anyone has same experience? BTW, I can not remember the question to reset my password--- it was setup log time ago .

我上次遇到过同样的问题，过两天就好了，HOTMAIL和MSN都不能SIGN IN正常啊，因为他们本来用的就是同一个密码。

如果过两天还不好，就给HOTMAIL 网管写信，说明你的问题，并交代以前的密码，给他们一个回复邮箱，他们很快会帮你重建一个密码。

I have same problem and I wrote to them several days ago, but they didn't reply me till today!

Thanks for all replies:
I wrote to the administrator, and received their reply within 24 hours. They required the details of your account (all 12 items) and I received their reset password within another 24 hours.

How could you write to administrator, I wrote to them second time and got reply what I know from help, I dare not to reset email addree, I afraid I will lost all mails in my inbox, so I only want to reset passward. Thanks very much!
