snoopy 新手上路 注册 2002-07-20 消息 7,077 荣誉分数 1 声望点数 0 2005-04-13 #6 tobrub说的挺对,是挺像炖菜的 其实也可当炖菜吃 我个人比较喜欢有酱香的汤/炖菜 做法: 1,将牛尾冲洗干净,煮去血沫,捞出备用 2,葱蒜爆锅,有香味后放水,跟牛尾,姜片,西洋参,桂皮,八角 3,大火将水烧开,转小火,加少许料酒,蚝油,老干妈,浙江陈醋,冰糖,还有适量的酱油 4,一至两个小时后,放洋葱丝,葱段,黑胡椒 (我当时烧了快3个小时,因为忘了:blowzy:,所以水都没了) 原则是看个人喜好,吃得开心为好。:zany: 多谢大家捧场
