BMO offers 4.59%, 5 yr fixed.

BTW, BMO has a special promotion from April 15 until end of June, 3 yr fully open variable rate at prime - .85%, new mortgage or renewal, but no cashback carry-over.

BMO offers 4.59%, 5 yr fixed.

today, posting rate 6.05% of BMO, special is 5.79% end of June that is 1.2% discount off posting rate..now your rate is 4.59% that means there is another 1.2% discount off the discount rate , Normal personal banker don't have this kind of power to give you this rate...
