前一段时间生病去医院挂了急诊，今天收到帐单要300加币，我想知道这钱去哪要？是不是我们的保险里面都包了？？谢谢！！！

i think you need to pay this $300 to hospital first. Then send the receipt of your payment to the insurance company. You can go to the international office to ask for a form to fill in and then mail it.

I went to the campus clinic without my UHIP card and paid $40 to have examed. I did the above thing and recently had my full money back from the insurance company.
