能不能CANCLE这个60块钱,CANCLE了会不会退钱呢
具体怎么CANCLE,怎么退到学生手里呢

you need to have insurance coverage to do it. doesn't count ohip. If you do, you can go to student federation and ask for the form in the beginning of the semester. If not, well, you will get coverage when you're injured.
