My opinion?
<HTML>Please state what this 'poor student' did here and repost some of his posts if possible. I know he added a post and said a guy is a shameless liar becuase he suspect he got 100k/yr job offer. Just as I said the language is a little over, but not over enough to block his IP. I think we still should have to tolerate him. </HTML>

<HTML>他不停在这里发布垃圾，用粗话攻击他人，冒名上贴，对我们的论坛不负责任地指手画脚，我们已经受够了。你们可以数数他说了多少次人家是LIAR，无理人身攻击了多少人。在讨论区大厅里闹的时候我把他的帖子删掉，就跑到这里来乱搞。
我们的忍耐是有限度的，也不希望让这种没教养的人破坏海外华人的形象。另外，我们也要严正告诉他，他的行为已经触犯ISP使用条例，如果再搞破坏，我们会保留一切证据，要在INTERNET上找这么一个害群之马不会是什么困难的事。</HTML>
