冬天到了，要换雪胎了
问了两个车行，一个1000多，1个要2000多
不明白ING
请教各位，哪里换比较好比较划算呢？

其实不用换雪胎的，用四季的就可以，冬天真正地上有雪的时候也不是很多，刚下铲雪车就铲走了还撒盐。

Wal-mart,Canadian Tire的促销雪胎一只六十多刀，Sears等八九十刀一只，一千多4个胎？！
1到2年的新四季胎，公里数跑得不多，冬天不太跑雪地，不用特别备雪胎。2年后的四季胎就要考虑在冬天(需要跑雪地)的时候换下来了。

If your tires are wider than 200mm, snow tire is kind of a must. And the wider your tires are, the higher the pirce is. You can check out the frisbytire. They have all kinds of tires, quite professional, and not very expensive. They even offer ride if you need one.

you can find the type and brand for your car. Accroding to the prices you've got, I assume you have a sports car, and the price should inculde a set of new rims too, right? Pierroli may be a good choice.

我们车的胎很薄，挺宽的，但是具体多宽也没量过
很多人都说这样的胎冬天必须要换雪胎，不然会打滑

BTW，1000多刀是在买车的车行问的，加轮毂的价钱
要是不加的话大概也不会这么贵吧
如果去以上那些地方买是不是不包轮毂？

You said "我们车的胎很薄，挺宽的", then you need a snow tire for sure. The tire size is on the side of it. Something like "225/50R16", 225 means the width is 225 mm. 50 means the thickness of the tire is 50% of the width. R16 is your rim size. Wide and thin means your tires are sports or racing type. Without a snow tire, it's hard to get the control in winter.
Usually, when the tire width is more than 200, the price is high. ($200~300 each without rim). Find your tire size, and car type, give Frisby a call.

忽略气压 轮胎失去功用冬季更险

气压不足是导致轮胎失去功用的主因, 最少每个月检查一次汽车轮胎的气压是否足够.

You are right. Your current RIMs probably are alloy wheels, which are sensitive to salt. The winter RIMs are just regular stainless steel ones.

By the way, if you want to get new RIMs too, you can select another RIM size possiblly. For example, if your original RIM and tire are 225/50R16, you can change the whole set of winter tires and RIMs to 205/60R15. Which is both cheaper and safer. And that's what my car hsa now. Still, phone Frisby tire about that first.
