if the agent answered the phone can't handle it then ask for supervisor
for sure that will be fixed if all u said is true, they should have some memo in the notes
and remember before say byebye, asking for their name and employ id
and write it down

bell、rogers是这样的,所以第一不要让他们自动化帐,第二每个月都看清楚账单再交费,如果费用不明就打电话问,根电话那边的人强调,不搞清楚就不缴费,一天一个电话,直到弄清楚。
我一直是这样避免多交费的。

我也发过email,但是每次都是好多天之后才有回复,而且没有说是他们失误,也没有退钱。
