精华 急问:东西向或是南北向的房子?

东西向的房子比较光亮, 尤其是在这儿冬天日照时间短. 老外喜欢晒太阳, 所以他们最喜欢后院对西或西北的房子.

但是那样的话东西向的房子夏天不是会更热

Just move in to my home. East facing front door. Backyard face west.
My orignal thought is this is not good because personally I like the south facing house. However, once I moved in, I really enjoy the sunshine everyday, even this summer. No experience of winter at this moment. Just my two cents.

看来后院朝向西方比较好，夏天有太阳， 热就热一点， 至少冬天也有太阳，不会太冷，省点heat 的费用阿。 :smokin:

冬天日照角低，正午的阳光也能照进屋。但冬天日照时间短，太阳还没转到正西就落山了。夏天相反，太阳能转到西北，但正午的太阳高，照到屋里的阳光不多。

朝南，夏天阳光少，冬天多。朝西的正相反，夏天室内的阳光多，冬天少。

我那个family room窗户的朝向是南稍偏西，觉得挺舒服。

My old house's backyard 朝西, and my new house's backyard 朝南, exactly as you said! The west facing backyard does not get much sunshine during winter.

our family room facing south, lots of sunshine in the winter, very warm, it does not have many sunshine in the summer, I like it a lot. the only problem is the other side of the house is facing north, very cold in the winter, about 2 or 3 degree colder than the other rooms.

In summer, I usually close the curtain, but in winter, I really enjoy it, I don't feel that in winter there are little less sunshine than in summer.

按中国的传统、民俗、风水，应该选“坐北朝南”的“正房”，即门朝南。

我家房子是门朝西北，厅朝东南，据我一年的观察，这个朝向还是比较好的。夏天下午不会很热，冬天采光又比较好。冬天如果刮风，门前也不会有很多很多积雪，因为迎风面的雪都被吹跑了。后院草坪积雪比较多（因为是背风面），可以保持草坪越冬和快速返青。
