How do I connect several computers to a single local printer, anyone knows?

Connect the printer to one computer then share the printer over the network.

don't think i can do that cuz computers are connected to each other together, there r just 6 individual computers and a printer, nothing else.

I assume the computers are connected to each other via ethernet right? They are running Windows?

actually, they r not, otherwise, i would've done it long time ago

1. Install printer in 1 pc
2. Control Panel->Printer and Scanners->make the printer as share on the network
3. Go on other computers that u wana share the printer with
4. Control Panel->Printer and Scanners->Install new printer ->search for available printers on the network
5. select printer->click "OK"->printer sharing done.

all the computers are not connected via network, that's the problem

dude, don't have a router, just 6 computers and 1 printer, nothing more, had i had a router, i wouldn't be asking here

i have no ing idea, my stupid supervisor gave me this impossible task, I told him it's impossible, he wouldn't believe me, and here I am....
